We would like to extend a thank you to Ed Fortmiller for his work on the original Washington Church website, and the original Sabbath Trail website.  Sadly, he has gone to his rest, part of his obituary reads:

Edward G. Fortmiller Jr.  58, of Hudson, MA, died peacefully at home Saturday, June 24, 2006.
He is survived by his wife of thirty one years; Joan (Tyler) Fortmiller.

Ed served his country in 1968-1969 at the 24th Evacuation Hospital in Vietnam as a corpsman. He spent twenty five years with Digital Equipment Corp. as a computer software engineer. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church serving in many capacities including; deacon, and webmaster for the College Church in S. Lancaster. Ed believed in volunteer work devoting thousands of hours of service. His most enduring legacy is his design of a website on the meaning and importance of the Bible Sabbath; www.sabbathtrail.org.

We will see you in the morning!
